Rhiannon West is an Indie Folk ’N Roll artist from Mobile, Alabama.
She was raised on an eclectic range of music as varied as a boiling pot of Gumbo. Some of her greatest influences are Bonnie Raitt, Nirvana, Melissa Etheridge, Alanis Morissette, B.B. KING, Crosby Stills Nash& Young, Incubus, and Fleetwood Mac. Rhiannon’s musical aspirations began early. At the age of 7, she began singing and acting in local theatre productions. By 11, she started teaching herself guitar, writing poetry, and developing her early songwriting skills. After attending a Performing Arts High School in Orlando, Florida, Rhiannon studied Musical Theatre at AMDA in NYC. She has since toured both musically and theatrically across the USA, Canada, and recently Aukland, New Zealand.
Rhiannon moved to LA in 2009 to give “HOLLYWOOD” a try. The music scene had been hit hard in New York by the recession of 2008, and the west coast was calling… She started busking in Train Stations, Venice Beach, Santa Monica Promenade, and local Farmers Markets, and eventually began booking gigs from Nashville to Southern California.
During the Pandemic, Rhiannon released her debut single and music video “Walk Away”, and will soon release her Debut EP.
She is excited to get back on stage and hit the road to do what she loves most.
